I have switched off of my evening coffee for the time being in favor of some Malaysian blended tea that I have found at the local importer.
I have been using this tea to mellow out for sleep for about three weeks now (I know, the caffeine dose is probably more than I have been used to with my coffee, but it works!!). It is pure black tea with a splash of green tea and some herbs.
I enjoy it with a pinch of sugar and a tit-squeeze of milk.
