I can't stand sugary coffee!   All I use is milk, occasionally cream.

No sweetner in my coffee or tea  , but use cream to avoid tummy upsets.  Will drink sodas though, which are sweetened.  Have been known to put whiskey in     and      in the wintertime.

I am honestly trying to look at things this way, but I can only see farther into the future, when I have to pluck off a leech from my skin.

I have told the mother of a 'friend' of my youngest a few years ago.
She kept pushing for more contact, and I had her unannounced on my doorstep too. One day she called, pushing herself to another social visit, I told her that I'm not someone who likes people around to relax. That I prefer solitude. Especially at home.
She never bothered me again, it did not harm the relation of my daughter and her 'friend'. The woman would still abundantly socialise at the school gate though.

This is why I love you. Wait...was that my outside voice? I'm the same. Oh, and I'm drinking a coke.
