nah - having a night off from alcohol, and read today that peppermint can cool down eczema, so i'm giving it a go (along with putting peppermint oil in the skin cream i make up).

We all need to do that more often. I'm still waffling. I'm so overstimmed today, I'm afraid it would be a waste of good beer.

Lots of water.
I may not be able to catch up with my normal (ridiculous) amount of heavy water consumption, though. I seem to become dehydrated at work. I can't seem to offset huffing cardboard box dust.
