3cups of red tea (50 times the antioxidant capacity of green tea)  6 cups of strong brewed green tea with ginseng, and 3 cups of chamomile tea. Red tea is said to reduce facial imperfections, and chamomile is good for the skin to.  Chamomile acitivates a harmone that rejuvinates hair.   Chamomile has over 100 components, and makes one sweat.
