What are your hopes for 2010?

Exactly what the subject line says. What are your hopes for 2010?

For me...

* to have my separation agreement resolved
* be moved into my own place
* making some plans with the boy

My hopes,

Last things resolved that have to do with my separation,
My place being more and more my place.
My kids being more and more at ease after all the stress of the past year.
Hope for a lot less stress this year.
Progress when it comes to finances and work.
A year where I have more control about what is happening.
And flying and meeting the Aussie bloke.

Something like that.

carry on fighting my social anxiety
finally fix some medical problems I have
not add any more ocd rituals to my routine
help out my mum more at home
find a way of helping my brother with his talking
...and graduate!!!

also if i'm being unrealistic:
get a girlfriend irl
start hrt

Move out of my parents house. I can't live with my mom any more. Her OCD is getting pretty bad and she's being really nasty and bitter. On christmas day CHRISTMAS DAY
she told me I was fat and looked horrible and was verbally abusing the family. I can't take it. So sometime in the new year i'm gonna move out. Probably to a group or something.
I also want to save up and get a moped (a morotsylce with wheels and get my motorcycle license. Or even an electric scooter or bike so I can drive into town
and not rely on my parents to pick me up. It would take four hours to walk there. I live in a rural area it's annoying.

I also hope to be in a band.

Good luck with moving out, Gluey. It's not easy. Maybe you can find a place more central to town? Where in BC do you live?

The band thing sounds awesome. Do you sing or do you play an instrument? Been in bands myself. Tons of fun.

Do better at my second year of uni.
Go to more of the autism group and not feel so anxious
Make some friends at uni.
Try and sort stuff out with GA
Speak to my family again.
Not be so alone.

Get a job so I can pay my bills and take care of Jennifyr and Puma (and myself)
Get checked out for ADD and Asperger's (finally!)
Find out if my d/x warrants medication or if I can handle it well enough with cognitive therapy
Get back to writing/photographicing/musicing on a regular basis
Not get so angry so easily
Cut down more on my drinking

Love you guys! Let's make this a great year!

To win Megamillions.

To get good enough at Disc Golf to start participating in PDGA sanctioned tournaments.

To keep making progress towards a paleontology degree.

To find the woman of my dreams instead of my nightmares.  :zombiefuck:
