How much sleep do you manage to get, QC?

My 12-yo Aspie son woke me up at 6:51 am (he was kind enough to tell me the exact time), worried that I might oversleep. He'd been up since 4, and went to sleep around 11 last night...

Five hours would be one of my better (as in more continous) nights. I often sleep so lightly that every sound wakes me up. I still get good rest, but I check the clock every few minutes.
