Most American sports are boring  :zoinks:
Most sports are boring to watch period.    Basketball can be good when it is a fast paced game.   My favorites are NFL Football, NHL Hockey and UFC and other MMA organizations.   I have enjoyed MMA over boxing for a while now.

Most Americans don't even care about the World Cup

that's because they don't appreciate the art that is a game of football

It is boring on television.   It would be funny if most didn't appreciate what it takes to play soccer, but it is something a lot of kids play.   Just about everyone I know played soccer/football during a part of their life.   It is just boring as fuck to watch.    Golf is more boring though.

Actually... no.
You can stay awake while watching Golf?    Baseball is also boring as hell to watch, that is an American sport though.

Yes, I love golf. Baseball I never nderstood anything about.

I didn't mean there was more to football as in it was complicated to understand. I know the rules are simple, but that doesn't mean there are only a few different ways of playing it. It's not just a case of "pass the ball, shoot, score, win"

Gold I find boring but never really got into it. Baseball is rounders to me, which is shit. Tennis can be ok sometimes. Basketball I like watching. Ice hockey I have watched a bit. Playing hockey I kinda liked in defence but was never any good at it.

The only sport I like both watching, playing and following is football. My grandad got me into it as a kid.

Maybe it helps that I was brought up supporting one of the best teams in the world though, and not some shitty american crap :P

Golf is only interesting to watch if you've tried it. It' the most frustrating game on Earth. Football (the European variant), OTOH , is actually accessible if you spend time analysing what they actually do.

The most boring sport to watch on TV ever is snooker championships.

I don't mind watching snooker actually. My uncle likes F1 but I'm not really into racing

I'm happy just watching football really.

Rugby is another sport that's on a lot which I dont like. But again, I've never really tried getting into it so don't know the game well

Everything is more interesting if you can analyze all the aspects of the given sport.

Snooker/Pool is really boring to watch on TV, we can agree on that.   Fun to play at a bar though.

F1 is better than NASCAR imo.    I have been to Daytona and the only time everyone was really paying attention was when there was a huge wreck.

I've never played snooker properly before. Pool I am shit at though. I once played for hours with a few people from college and I lost every game lol

They'd had more practice than me though :P

My dad used to own a pool table.   If I walked out of the door from my room, the pool table was right there.   I am decent at pool, but only when I am warmed up.

Never watched NASCAR so I wouldn't know.

I guess what I'm saying is that any kind of fanaticism bores me.

NASCAR is so boring who wants to watch cars go in a circle for hours?

Drooling idiots that are waiting in anticipation for a 20 car accident where someone is maimed.   I hate NASCAR.
