I don't steal anything but my dog does. My dog always steals stuff off the table or outta my pockets or out of the cats dinner bowl or off of my head

Never ok to steal. Whether it be a chocolate bar or a credit card, or from a shop or a relative. Bad form IMHO.

Stealing tends to have consequences, bad or not. And it also has a multitude of definitions. Stealing bread if you're hungry seems to be deemed okay by society. Stealing clothes from a department store, particularly clothes you don't need, meh not so much. Both can get you arrested though. It depends on how you define it.

I stole some things back in high school, and if I'd been caught it would have been an arrestable offense. I regret doing it, not so much because it was particularly detrimental to someone else, but because it was just plain stupid. Simple as that. To risk arrest for such piddly things. Stupid.

And thankfully not long after that I grew a brain and had the sense to stop.

I am indifferent to stealing and I would do it if I'm 99-100% sure I'd get away with it. Sadly though I'm crap at it so I don't really bother these days. If you don't have the money, fucking tough... that's what I usually say to myself. I wouldn't steal from family or friends because that's usually a sure fire way of fucking things up. Strangers I wouldn't mind, but like I said, I'm shit and stealing from individuals is miles harder than regular shoplifting.

If someone tried to rob from me, I would fucking kill them. I'd expect them to do the same if they caught me. They show no mercy, so I might aswell not. Trying to be a goodie two-shoes moron who's an advocate for everything to me is fucking stupid, as you'll more likely be fucked over. Dog eat dog world, survival of the fittest etc. Best harden the fuck up while reserving the nice side for people you care about.

Lucky for me, he has two favorite hiding places, under my stove and under the fridge. Helpful to know when you're having an asthma attack and can't find your inhaler or you've "suddenly" lost your keys. :zombiefuck:
