Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.

We just finished eating our Thanksgiving lunch.

I started cooking our turkey in the wee hours of the morning, then I went back to bed.

We had turkey, cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.  We wil eat some dessert (pumpkin pie and red velvet cake) later.

I have frozen bread dough for rolls but I forgot to take it out of the freezer in time for the rolls to defrost and rise for lunch, so we will just have them for dinner tonight.

Happy Thanksgiving here too.  :devour:

Had everything done around 3:00.  Turkey breast, stuffing, sweet potato casserole w/marshmallows, gravy, buttered peas, rolls, cranberry sauce, veggie tray w/dip, & pumpkin pie.


Quiet day, thankfully. Tired.  :yawn:
