It may have been at an AG College since they also had chickens in similar sized cages.

Domestic geese do not require winding up. Even out of cages they get riled real easy and will harrass any other animals who let them get away with it. Their default setting is to spread their wings, hiss and charge.

Possible but it is also possible that she had only recently realized how ornery geese are and was trying to illustrate that point in the video.

All she would have to do is show up at the farm and they would do so.

Geese
are inhrently ornery and that minor short term encounter did no damage to the goose. They fight within their gaggle to establish who fits where and they seek to establish dominance over other animals at the farm. You could visit a farm to see how ornery they are when not caged, or you could join PETA to try and outlaw the caging of geese and filming of them by human papparazzi. Or if you can't be arsed to do either of those (most likely scenario, moral indignation is easier when it costs nothing) you might feel that your time is more productively spent castigating me for not weeping with you over this grave injustice.
I hate geese but would have loved to see it attack her they fucking hurt you when they bite 
I learned to kick them in the chest at an early age because of that behavior.
