Waking up as being a total moron, I stayed awake until 7am again and only just got up...it is almost 5pm here, so no outing to the store today. Will do my exercise, have a walk maybe then settle down for evening. I cant be assed to shower today. First time I have skipped showering for a day in 2 years.

As of right now, I am an ex-smoker. I just had my last cig and tore up the remaining one I had and dumped it in the bucket outside, threw out all the ashtrays, cigarette filters etc. I am now a free man... the trick is going to be working out what to do with the extra freedom, I think. :woohoo:
