Writing another email to the jobcentre. Those bastards keep coming up with excuse after excuse to not give me any money, and now they doubt I was able to work at all whilst on Jobseekers. I can't believe it, and also there's no certainty I'm entitled to the new benefit (ESA) I'm on. I'm so angry!
What's your next move? Who and where are your allies? 
Erm, well I dunno. Probably seeking legal advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau, but then again who wins when suing the government? My father is probably my best allie (ally? allie?) because he works high up in management for a utilities company and so is good at telling people off and getting into legal stuff. But yeah, I'm considering pulling the disability discrimination card because it's probably true anyway. Later on today I've also received more crap from the Jobcentre too so to go back to the topic I'm writing another angry letter 
Any chance you can play out two organisations against each other? The government cannot defeat the government. So, to overcome that problem, they may take your problem serious and deal with it.
Don't know if that can be an option for you. I know a man working at the UWV here (the organisation about disability, unemployment, income, well-fare) and he said that was a way people could win from the government.
