Cooking white chili for tomorrow's dinner.  Don't know how it will taste because I've never made it before.

Is it made with ground chicken or turkey instead of ground red meat? 

I think it has white beans in it too... not sure of the name but I know its not kidney beans like traditionally used in Chilli

Mushrooms are funny though...it seems to me that people either love or hate them! My sister was going to cook a meal for friends,
went to pick out some mushrooms in the supermarket, and her friend who was shopping with her pleaded, "Can't we have it without the fungus?"

I'm not fond of mushrooms, but had picked up some fresh ones the day before.  I tolerate them because they must have some nutrient we need as well as providing fiber.  The Princess Royal helped me cut them up.
