Sitting at the airport on standby for several flights, having already had my connecting flight cancelled for this evening. As of right now, I do not depart for 5 hours and have to fly over DC, all the way to Charlotte, just to get back to DC near midnight. The first standby flight is supposed to leave in 20 minutes, but the plan isn't here yet, so that is delayed. It also full, so I doubt I'll get on that one. The benefit to that is I don't get into DC in the middle of Friday rush hour traffic. No word yet on the 1720 flight, other that the fact it is also full.

I better not get stuck here! :finger:

Can you turn this story into something more exciting please? I keep reading your updates, hoping for some random lady to come and distract you from your travel nightmare. I'm waiting for some passionate interlude with a stranger. But no, all we are getting is whinge, whinge, whinge. :P

Anyway, serves you right. Maybe it's bad karma for still not taking those naked pics for me.  :penis:
