Or an amphetamine auto-injector strapped on when you go to bed and set to a timer.  If you figure it out, let me know; it would be nice if I didn't sleep half my life away.

LOL. I wake up, decide there's nothing important to get up for, switch it off, and go back to sleep. It's an issue of making myself care, combined with inexplicable/persistent low energy levels. Except at the worst times, I don't have trouble getting up when there's an urgent reason.
