Yes it is.   It was also a joke, I find stuff like that funny (disturbing morbid stuff).   Especially when dealing with a man that is pregnant.

Well me and my old friends used to find that kind of stuff funny.  The whole crackwhore abortion and trailer park abortion jokes thing was more of a phase.   Those go along with the eating of aborted fetuses and such.   I can see where one wouldn't find it funny but be offended, but that is the point with some humor.
