I break out with any metal when it stays in contact with my skin.  If I wear my wedding ring the skin under it turns lizard like

I have sensory issues with most jewelry and even my wristwatches.  So I usually don't wear any jewelry, even my wedding ring!  It just feels weird to have a mettalic thing against my skin for longer than a couple of hours!
