Going to workout, which helps with many things including mood. I will do one low intensity session which is best to aid digestion, increase detoxification and fat burning. The last one will be high intensity session which is best for aiding blood sugar controll. Kick ass! I will be thinking about my modeling job and my girlfriend in high intensity session.
