Not at the moment, but earlier today I caught a glimpse of life, too.

A tiny, juvenile kestrel (amazing, beautiful birds - small enough to nest in a fancy English teacup) swooped in and took its morning meal (a field mouse) while I drank my juice in the garden.

I don't know what that means. The only bell that rings is that of a computer virus of some sort.

I definitely got wound up today.


It was mostly those fucking security cameras, but a woman left, spitting mad, stating that she, "..fucking hate(s) that little shit over there,"  referring to a geek squad member.
She was leaving with her laptop, not fixed. I tried to offer help but then she turned on me. I was really just trying to find a way to help her, because I have the manager's ear and I know that allowing a customer to leave unhappy is not good for any of us.


I swallowed her volcanic outbursts until my throat hurt and continued to ask questions about what had happened and what is wrong with her computer.

By this time three other blueshirts were watching. She kept up the insults while ignoring my questions, then suddenly threw her laptop down onto the concrete floor, turned and started crying. She was still yelling and spat me a venemous, "Now look what you made me do!"


You don't get set for that when you start your morning.

thank fuck and all that makes us fuck that there were three witnesses to her eruption.
