It's a popularity contest so doesn't really bother me - let the 'populars' get on with it!   

If you've got the type of personality that appeals to others you're evidently gong to get loads of points but
you could still be a psycopath at the end of the day; who can ever know what a person is really like? 

I find the board quite addictive though - was on it far too late yesterday

I can't see this being a constant though - after a day's work at a computer screen I often
prefer to watch TV in the week

The movie is based on a play.

Intensity's original purpose was extremely clever.  It was meant to be a "holding pen" of sorts for the trolls and trouble makers on other AS boards who wrecked havoc.  The idea was that by giving them a place with no rules and free speech, they would a) stop harrassing the innocents on the other boards and 2) come into their own and have their hostile behavior re-focused into stength.

Also, it was meant to give the voiceless a voice, to teach people to stand up for themselves.

The original Intensity had to leave the neurolands, its original home, due to its controvertial content.  At that point it was hosted on its own server space not in association with other boards or entities.
