Look, pixel, you have to differentiate between me and that other pixel. Me being dense has nothing to do with McJ being dense.

I like the concept - ongoing peer-appraisal!

 :D

I've always thought there's loads of 'faux-pas' I'm committing all the time but people never
point it out, they just make a mental note and avoid you from then on! lol

But then on the other hand, do I want attention from people who can make such snap judgements
anyway??

It's a little late for that.

How did I earn 1 point's worth of Karma - what are the criteria?

More people have applauded you than the number who smote you.

Actually, the whole karma system is pretty meaningless.  When it started, the purpose was to applaud people who made insightful posts and smite people who were being jerks and some people still use it that way, but for some people it is just a joke.  For example keeping McJagger's karma at 69 is a joke.  Other people have had their karma stay at 69 for a while as well.  Some people prefer to receive negative karma instead of positive and some people don't.  We had a vote to get rid of the whole karma system, but the majority of voters wanted to keep it, so it stayed.

You may have noticed that other members have Karma, Hugs and Kisses below their names and above their avatars.  If you want to give a member positive karma, you click on the one on the left (Hugs), if you want to give negative karma, click on the one on the right (Kisses).

The names Hugs and Kisses change regularly, but it is always the one on the left to increase someone's karma and the one on the right to decrease it.

I think he means , it is a little late for you to decide whether or not you  want attention from the poeple here, since you are now on thier shit - list for life most probably.

Who's shit lists do you think she's made then?  I haven't seen anyone, other than our resident comedy flamer, show they are closed minded about her.

Why does 'mcjaggered' sound incredibly rude?  Since you came up with the term do you want to decide just exactly what a good mcjaggering entails? :o

Oh right

I've never had my standing on a board discussed like this before

Would you say this board is quite hierarchical then?

i was thinking just that, lol!  i should imagine it would involve at lest one blow job, with a facial, lots of breasts, and anal sex.  and that'd be the "regular" (as i believe the term is in amreican) version - there are also economy, deluxe, super-deluxe and industrial strength versions.  but you probably need re-inforced gussets for the last two.

Yes.

What's wrong with that? All life in this universe has a hierarchical structure placed upon them.

I don't think so- there are a few regular postwhores who are very vocal with their opinions on matters (I'm not saying this is a bad thing, I'm usually one myself but just haven't been bothered much just lately) but I don't think that indicates a hierarchy- although some like to suggest it does.  Although I suppose it may put off some of those who are less vocal from disagreeing.   I also wouldn't say that people's standing on the board is usually discussed- I just wondered why he thought you were on people's shit lists.  Do you feel as though you might be?
