President Barack Obama will donate the $1.4 million cash award that comes with the Nobel Peace Prize to charity. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs says it's likely that more than one charity will share the windfall. Gibbs says the president has yet to decide which charities will benefit from the award, announced early Friday morning. Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples," the Norwegian Nobel Committee said, citing his outreach to the Muslim world and attempts to curb nuclear proliferation. The stunning choice made Obama the third sitting U.S. president to win the Nobel Peace Prize and shocked Nobel observers because Obama took office less than two weeks before the Feb. 1 nomination deadline. Obama's name had been mentioned in speculation before the award but many Nobel watchers believed it was too early to award the president....
Translation:He used the race card and they were too afraid of being accused of being racist, so they decided to be PC and give him one anyway.
Obama as a Nobel Prize laureate? WTF?

I think he has been a decent President, from an outsider's POV. Not a Nobel Prize winner, but let's face it, he was always going to be an improvement from the last one.
Not a Nobel Prize winner...
