I don't know. I guess I just never got into it. Give me some band names. It's been a long time since I've listened to it. Or maybe I already have punk bands in my list but didn't know they were considered punk. :P

Yeah, listen to the stuff that doesn't get much radio play. Although saying that, I never get tired of Take It To The Limit.

Early REM is very underrated.  They are the closest thing to the Beatles.  Not fucking Oasis.

That's just bizarre. I've never heard that before and wouldn't have even though to compare the too. You have an idol? Cool. Every musician does, but that doesn't mean you're anywhere near being as good as the people you admire. Plus, you've got to strike out on your own and do your own thing.

Although saying that, The Tea Party does sound quite a bit like Led Zeppelin. I wonder where they buggered off to. I haven't heard them in ages.

A friend of mine passed away a few weeks ago (he knew he was dying) and he made them play B.O.C's "Fear The Reaper" at the service. Plus, everyone was to drink scotch. :lol:
