Do you say things like this to people in real life?

I used to, as a kid but it was always blamed on my AS. "He has AS so he can't help saying those horrible things" is what teachers and everyone said. Since I withdrew from society, there has been less and less incidents like that. Today I'm more careful. I wouldn't tell Callaway I wished death on her and her family if I actually knew her RL identity and there were others around in a real life situation, simply out of self preservation.

I never "got my ass handed to me". I always got away with everything because I have AS.

In adult age, I avoid potentially dangerous situations from a legal point of view. I hate people and want to tell them but if I did too openly I would be prosecuted.

However, I do talk down to people, humiliate them, behave rude and arrogant and make people feel insulted, guilty, apologetic etc whatever. If I had met Callaway and her children IRL I would probably have just bought the last bag of candy in front of her daughter, the one she was pointing at and yelling for, and then when I got out of sight tossed it in the trash.

A favorite pleasure of mine is talking bad about something in general, when people who can probably strongly identify with that subject are sitting or standing near me. For example, I can trashtalk ginger people in a loud, arrogant voice if there's a family with two ginger kids nearby. And I pretend that I didn't see them ofc.
