Yeah I am like that too. I guess it does seem like an AS empathy thing. I wonder why we feel like that about objects though. I understand why so many of us feel closer to animals than people, but obviously objects aren't real.I also get strong feelings from places, especially buildings that look like they were built in the 70s or 60s.
Yeah I meant the inanimate objects. I imagine cars as having personalities and feel empathy for things that have been thrown away or that no one is buying from stores. I can watch people dying on the news and not feel anything even though I know that it's not good. But I get the sad feeling about a teddy bear that hasn't been bought from the store.
