Very few things appreciate in value once they off the lot or out of the store. Music playing skill is more valuable than being a video geek is.
I know how to play accordeon, and piano. I'm not awesome at any of it because I never practice but my first music teacher who used to play with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra called me his "most gifted student ever", so I wasn't completely crap.
So basically you are a spoiled brat, which despite having the best start in life, have managed to make nothing of it. Congratulations.
