Secondly, I'm not that skilled in pyrotechnic as an art yet. I'm pretty good at building exploding devices, but I'm still an amateur in making beautiful effects.
i dont know about europe, but here in the us it is extremely hard to get into pyrotechnics. you have to know someone in the business thats willing to train you, and be able to pass extensive backround checks.

You can get education by a guy in southern Sweden, but it's not sure at all that you'll get a license. The authorities want as few people as possible involved in making fireworks.
