Only heard about it in the last couple of days. They say the cops missed an opportunity to get him 3 years ago, but because they didn't have a warrant, or probable cause to search, they didn't do anything. Sure the neighbour put in the complaint, the thing is the cops need to get a judge or JP to issue a warrant for a search. Remember what happened to Manson when the cops first went to the compound.
