My opinion is that if there is one poster here that is really making coming here not enjoyable to the point where you'd rather not be here, then having the option to ignore them is better than losing a member or two.

All you need is one or two fuckstains that ruin it for everyone else to drive a lot of members away, and who needs that shit.

Maybe not, but his whining about me carrying on and on would be more suitable for them, given they seem to cater for that sort of thing. BTW, he still sees them (my posts) when he bothers to quote somebody who HAS, so the ignore is a waste of time then.... Just can't see why he wants to keep acting like a dick when I've at least tried to move on.

I used to think that adding an ignore mod would be a bad thing because I thought it would be awkward if lots of people were always ignoring one another, but I think there are cases where it is better to ignore the posts of someone who really gets under your skin rather than to let them continue bugging you. 

I have been ignored before and I have ignored one person's posts for a while, but I was too curious to keep ignoring them for very long.
