Thx. Am now moderating the number towards 10 self-rolled cigarettes a day. Done that before but let it slide again to p/m 20 a day. Haven't stopped smoking altogether at the moment but that is the aim now.

Let you folks know when I finally really succeed and put an end to this harmful and expensive habit.

Yeah, know you're right (both). 'Slowing down' is probably largely an excuse and procrastinating what is best to do in the first place. Which is going cold turkey and stop.

Ja, what to say.. I'm still not there mentally. Still haven't found the 110% commitment to do so.

What did it for me was the Allen Carr book. Can't remember the name but you'll find it I'm sure. You also need to understand that you can't replace them.
