I would say some do. Most are perfectly respectable middle-aged citizens, though, and not the weed-smoking type, not here at least. Star Trek is more like a fetish to these guys.

Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan is on Syfy next. I am going to DVR it, Ricardo Montalban was outstanding as Khan.  He was a dictator worth working for.

As a matter of ethics I wouldn't try to overthrow or assassinate a dictator I was employed by unless he put me on a purge list. Or did something really annoying.
