 I don't think a crocheted gun would be very effective in a bank robbery.  ;)

If you did it in hot pink, everyone would be rolling on the floor laughing and you could snatch the $$$$$$ and make a clean get away.  Besides, crocheted items probably wouldn't hold finger prints.
