Pondering my next 40 years. I may not have them, but if I do, I'll need more money.
More to the point, I will need something to do other than what I'm doing now.
I don't have 40 more years' worth of joint-stressing repetitive-motion manual work in me.
It is time to change my game, and find work I really care about, that I will still be able
to do in 10, 20, 30 years, when I'm stiffer and creakier.
