Swanson was released from the Mental Hospital... his condition is stable, as long as he cooperates with his doctor's orders to not go near any ponds from now on.

Ah, that Brit date style confuses me. Here in the States we would have written it as "5-18-80."OT, I'm currently listening to the awesome Brothers Johnson song I spammed elsewhere, and I realize it was playing on the radio in early 1980. I was only 14 then!
