i don't watch Hollyoaks much anymore. i tend to watch only the omnibus on the weekends.
weird, i just had a déja vu. anyway. feels like my disorders are getting worse and my OCD makes me think of suicide,
i definitely do not want to die but sometimes it gets a bit too much. and mom keeps coughing which drives me nuts.
other than that i'm good, thanks. :P

the greatest act of rebellion. i dunno. i always do little things. mom tells me to do something i say i was just gonna but now i won't. :P i don't know how i could have rebelled much since i had a very liberal, bohemian upbringing. i just get mad when i get told to do something.

i'm trying to keep it in check though. last night i drank too much.
i should stick to a beer or two a day as my limit.
with wine it's harder. i tend to drink more than half a bottle instead of a healthy two glasses.

i drank a beer yesterday morning and 3 beers last night. and it makes me feel like crap cuz after the second beer i don't get a buzz anymore. it makes me feel like shit instead. i used to feel great drinking huge amounts of alcohol and now 3 beers feels toxic. it's like you lose tolerance to the bad stuff but build tolerance to the good stuff.

i don't believe that drinking alone is bad. whether alone or not i need some mind padding. it's always me and my mind and my thoughts attacking me from the inside and sensory stuff from the outside.
