Actually i feel i should be lying comfortably
on a sun lounger on some tropical beach
somewhere near paradise.  Slightly in the
shade of my parasol.  A scantily clad young
man is fanning me,  while another offers me
a sip of my cocktail.  Possibly a bit of Bob
Marley playing in the background....

 I should be sleeping but the toothache is keeping me awake.  In the morning I will call
 one of the local dental practices that accept emergency appointments with new patients,
 and get the earliest appointment possible.  The appointment I made today is one week
 away; I don't dare wait that long.  This is serious stuff.  :zombiefuck:
