None of your Aswan Dam business.  Actually hanging laundry, starting another load, cleanin the kitchen, washing up after dinner.  CBC was such a lovely guest.  And her Strawberry shortcake was delicious.

Popeye's chicken and beans & rice is good.

Yes.  The chicken is nowhere near as spicy as when it first started, but it is still good.  I think the secret to the red beans and rice is that it's probably seasoned with sausage seasoning since it's flavorful without meat in it.  I prefer Church's biscuits because they brush them with honey and butter after they come from the oven and they don't seem as dry as Popeyes.

 We served homemade rolls at a recent meeting at my workplace, and as instructed I brushed them with butter both before and after baking!

Well both of you are right, I shouldn't keep doing things for GA. She has left the place in a mess and I can't help myself, I have to clean it up if I am to feel comfortable here. I would rather look after the cat myself too, than have him sent off to a cattery.

I will also be packing up my stuff that is still here, have to go and get some packing boxes. I might actually be getting my own place soon (through a housing agency that is for people with mental illness, been signed up with them since 2005). So I have that to look forward to.

Good luck with getting your own place.  Maybe it would be a good time to take your things away from GA's place even if you have to store them for a while at your parent's because the new place doesn't come through as quickly as you hoped, though.
