A couple nights ago I made an enormous kettle full of mac 'n' cheese with one kind of cheese, onion, diced bacon and diced green capsicum (that's sweet green pepper to youse Yanks). There was hardly any left over.

This reminds me, I should be going out to buy something to cook for tonight's dinner.
