Lamictal 200mg (want to see if I can raise the dose, though)
Dexamphetamine, up to 30mg a day

This is not much - I have taken way more a day in the past.

Clomipramine.. I think it's 9 x 25 mg tabs daily... I was on that and risperidol but was taken off the latter after a brief period.

How do you lot remember when to take which part of the cocktail?

Venlafaxine 150mg daily
Amitriptyline 20-30mg daily
Zopiclone cant remember strength 1 at a time when I get desperate for sleep
plus antihistamines year round and a bunch of suplement stuff

How do you lot remember when to take which part of the cocktail?

I have drug boxes with a space for each day, 1 box for morning, 1 box for night and my phone alarm set for reminder twice a day

I just take the whole lot at once, becauseI'm in-capable of organising myself to di it at certain times.

Cymbalta and first dose of Dex straight after breakfast. Then it is difficult to remember the Dex because I am usually out and about when I need to take it. Each dose lasts four hours so taking it when I have lunch works most of the time.
Then the Lamictal before bed.
I guess my way is a lot more approximate than the way other people time their med dosages.

I used to be a lot less organized but as Jman said if you dont take venlafaxine (effexor)around the right time which in my case is within a couple of hours of the due time you get some pretty grim side effects, one of which for me comes out like pins and needles in the brain and a more than usual problem with processing what is going in and out of said brain
