I prefer the orange barrels, specifically the flashing ones that's not bad idea parts, I might steal one one day and put it in my apartment.

One of my obsessions is roads and road maps, I might steal an interstate sign one day

I also want figure out how to hax0r one of those flashing road signs.

Past the statue of limitations now I had one in my dorm room :laugh:

We took one of those flashing road signs once. Couldn't get the damn thing shut off, had to pile coats on top of it in the backseat because it was lighting up the entire car every time it flashed, they give off a good bit of light in pitch darkness.

Guy that was with it took it home and stuck it in his mom's garage, he couldn't come out to play for about a week after that.  :laugh:

I like that one Icequeen. My first year in High School as a Sophomore the Juniors were the Class of 1976 so they took The Spirit of 76 as their theme and festooned the school with Flags. Before going to Homeroom my friend and I each swiped a Flag and stuffed them in our lockers. The one I swiped was pretty big and was difficult to stuff into my locker. By 2nd Period the fucktards on the Junior Spirit Committee noticed that the Flags were missing and had taken the others down. There was a $10 reward for someone to snitch us out but no one did.  :zoinks:

Had a step uncle that would knock off those flashing lights and modify them to stop flashing and he'd use them for night fishing.

Nothing like a new hobby to keep a fella entertained.

:plus:

(Boring trivia: Where I am, a traffic cone is called a "witch's hat," and a "cone" is a compressed mass of cannabinoid plant matter suitable for placing into a bong.)

That's interesting trivia SD, back when you were a Canuck talking normal was a given but Aussie/Limey/Kiwi talk uses too many weird phrases so your translation into English is appreciated.  :zoinks:

I think 1 ounce of /per/chlorate based flash would do the job very good.  8)

It can't be much harder than for a Swede to understand Norwegian or Danish.

"Tilbud"="sell out" in Danish.
"Tillbud"="accident" in Swedish.

"Omtrennt"="approximately" in Norwegian
"Omvänt"="the opposite" in Swedish.

"Baller"="buttocks" in Danish
"Ballar"="cock balls" in Swedish.

Etc.

Random information:   On the side of the flasher there is a small hole that you can stick a bent paper clip into and tun them off

He sounds like an entertaining Uncle.

You could say that. He wasn't much adapted for modern living I think. Kept losing his drivers licence for drink driving, so he just stopped getting his licence in the end, living in the country anyway. He had a cat way back then that he seriously named "dickhead".

That makes him even more appealing I don't always feel like a good fit for modern civilization
