Emerson is a beautiful boy who was mistreated by his bitch owner because he "annoyed" her. She twisted his neck and snapped it and paralyzed him. He was unable to walk but luckily the bitch surrendered him to a shelter instead of letting him starve to death.

He has to wear a diaper because he cannot use a litter box.
