Breakfast:  Spinach, cabbage, asparagus, green peppers, broccolli, corn, peas, ground turkey, and mixed nuts. In addition I drank tea and swallowed lots of supplements.

FUCK YEAH!

Rasins, tomatoe paste, mushrooms, turkey burger, a banana, and lentils. Legumes, in genera, are a good thing to include when high glycemic index rasins are eaten.

Dirty rice and corn, served with tortillas. Feeling a little "homesick" for south Texas these days. The tamales, I made for Christmas, were only so-so ... I still have the joneses.

I still did not get my new refrigerator.  The money is here but its still not here, god fuckn damn. It fuckn freezes where its supposed to refrigerate, and probably the new one will come today.  I am not getting it, my sister is.
