Turkey, mashed potatoe (no milk or products), and mashed turnips.  Life sucks when you avoid gluten foods, but white bread is not whole grain anyway.  Raw cabbage, broccoli, and celery.

Later, quinoa with 5 cups super antioxidant green tea.
