T-bone steak, corn on the cob, baked sweet potato.  Will have oatmeal cookies for dessert later with coffee.  It's Father's Day in the US.

I had yogurt, and when I get to work I shall have a bowl of butternut squash I saved from yesterday's dinner!
It's delicious...we put brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in it, plus a little butter. It's almost like pie filling!  :drool:

I was good today.

I ate more healthfully than usual.

Granola and banana for breakfast, melon and fish for lunch, lots of nuts for a snack.


I will probably fuck the whole thing up in response to cravings a bit later on.
