Eat loads of green leafy vegetables.  More lean meat too.  Not fried though :P

Promite on toast at my Dad's house.

Then I came home and cooked up a big batch of tuna and white sauce with onions because I was feeling nostalgic. Had fried tomatoes and a sprinkling of finely chopped red capsicum to get some veges.
