I made cinnamon, raisin quiche cakes for dinner. Served them with a pecan butter and maple syrup mixture.

I know this calls into question my manliness, but they were fucking divine!

i had vegetable soup and a cheese sandwich for lunch, and then toast and marmite with loads of fruit for dinner.

Coley with chips and peas for dinner.
Coley is okay, but I think I will save it for curries in the future. I didn't enjoy.
