White potatoe, with nothing but green tea with ginseng. I will add herbs, like spices to enhance the nutritional value. I rarely ever eat white potatoes, as I like sweet potatoes and they are more nutritious. Potatoes are high glyemic index and green tea and some of the herbs help to decrease elevated blood sugar, so the ingestion of white potatoe alone may cause hypoglycemia. White potatoes are less nutritous, but may or may not contain one thing that might be better than sweet potatoe especially in the phytochemical department. Potatoes are high in chromium and potassium, and chromium helps manage blood sugar metabolism. The skin has fiber wich helps to blunt insulin release, and so should be ingest, at least if a white potatoe is eaten alone. The fast releasing carbohydrate is beta amylose or something like that.
