I was more responsible, today. Grilled lunch, again, as the major meal of the day, but no junk,
I made some fillets of talapia, with peppers, carrots, celery and onion. I have a grilling press for them which allows the smoke to pass through, blending flavors. Served them with rice, herbed up from the garden (actually my garden is pathetic this year) cooked indoors and some (bread machine) whole grain bread. Mr Mom, indeed!
