Plain old American junk food, homemade. Light the grille, throw on the burgers, smoke them slowly, melt the cheese on top, toast the buns, rattle together some fries (chips) inside. Pickles, hot mustard, lettuce, catsup ...

Delicious!
my mouth is watering.

coals or propane?

Coals and some mesquite chips for more smoke. I use a Weber kettle.
good stuff.

do you sear one side on high for about a minute to lock in the juices?

Yes. Searing is important for any meat.

:asthing: I thought you ate coals.
Too hot to eat, but I often take a small mesquite coal and lay it on top of a bowlful for a smoke afterwards. It adds a nice nutty flavor to the tobacco.

I haven't done that in a while, but maybe if you had some to spare and smoked for flavor ...

It helps me sleep, better than anything, but I don't use it regularly. If it was legal I would. I can't remember if I had any around New Years or not. I usually do, once a year, but this winter was pretty fucked up, mostly a blur. I used to make it part of the New Year's Eve festivities.

Makes your moobs grow, ya know.

That's the way I used to use it when I grew my own. I can't imagine paying street price for it on a consistent basis.

The only reason I don't mind paying street prices for pot is that it takes me about 3 months to smoke an eighth.

I'd only end up spending $100 a year.
