Yes I know how to make carrot cake- I don't make it very often though- maybe I'll get round to making some when the kids are off school next week.

There's a local bakery that makes it and packages it for local convenience stores.  It's moist, and delicious and doesn't have nuts (which I prefer, just like my brownies).  Now thats an innuendo that someone can pounce on! :laugh:

Anyway, it has a smooth cream cheese frosting and not too sweet, when I go into the store I buy them out. :green:
